Participating child must be home schooled and children must be at least
five (5) years old as of September of the current school year.
Participants in PCHSG, Inc. agree to:
 | submit to the
Identification Statement (this is the section you just came from) as
the basis for the group,
|
 | pay yearly dues, which cover administrative
costs of the group,
|
 | participate in a family group(s) (parents will help plan appropriate
activities for the group(s) in which their children participate, following the printed
guidelines for Activity Days), and
|
 | serve on a planning committee for
one of the group-wide events to be held each school year. (i.e. Field Day, Talent Show,
Book Sale, etc. See page 2 of
membership
application (pdf file)). The only exceptions to this are families
involved in the leadership/administrative duties of PCHSG, Inc. as designated by the Board of
Directors.

 | Your signature on the
registration form means you are in agreement with and will comply with the requirements or
you will be subject to expulsion from the group.
