To download the file to your computer for subsequent access without going online, right click on the file and use the "save target as..." feature. Be sure remember WHERE you save the file! You can print the entire document or just a page or two from the PDF.

You will only have to get Acrobat Reader once. After that you will be able view PDF's on any website that has them.

Adobe Acrobat is a safe, 'name brand' product. It is commonly used and will present no problems in your computer/internet use.
